Ending much speculation, Perry Weisinger and Imperial have agreed to a deal worth an estimated $19,680,000 over 3 years. Weisinger was pleased with the negotiations and is looking forward to playing ball with the Imperial Storm Troopers.
Weisinger is batting .277 for his career with 154 home runs, 1006 runs scored, and 759 RBI. He has socked 1674 hits in 6718 plate appearances with 225 doubles and 64 triples among his extra-base hits.

George Agustin really sizzled at the plate in today's game. The Imperial shortstop blistered the Cooperstown Legends for 5 hits in 7 at-bats.
G. Agustin doubled in the 2nd, struck out in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off F. Kleist in the 6th, singled in the 8th, struck out in the 10th, hit a solo-shot off J. Domingues in the 12th and hit an RBI single in the 13th.
